ANIVISION Magazine design( in collaboration with Minyi Tsai, Heidi Chan & Rayelene Ma)

Concept:

AniVision, focuses on the Japanese anime production industry and anime production processes. Target audience includes 15 to 30 years old English-speaking anime lovers from around the world. It aims to aspire young professionals who are passionate about anime and wish to work in the anime industry in the future.

Save Polar Bear Prototype

Concept:

This project ’Save Polar Bear’ is an IPad application which combines game and educational information to teach users the principles of global warming in a fun and engaging way. The project aims to increase primary school students’ environmental awareness, mainly focus on global warming. The target audiences focus on primary school students, ages 9-12.

NEOGEO Typeface Design (with Rayelene Ma)

NeoGeo is an experimental typography which explores the structure of the letter – circle, square, rectangle and triangle, combines them into relative 3D geometric shapes. Below is the poster design to showcase this font.

Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki and his years of pilgrimage ( in collaboration with Minyi Tsai & Roy Yan)

Concept:

Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki and His Years of Pilgrimage (2013) is the thirteenth novel by Japanese writer Haruki Murakami. The book cover design is inspired by the works of Japanese graphic designer Shun Sasaki, which uses the combinations of lines and forms to present a refreshing and futuristic vector type designs.
